Tomas V @RT61810332 5 days ago After hearing mixed reviews about this new Netflix Avatar the last airbender series I wanted to see for myself. Based on my experience with the original series, this series just not hits the spot. Yes, this series is made with real people; but the story line is just all mixed up compared to the original. Some episodes even just fast travel to a new spot without context. The story of this new series just mess with my brain about the chronological order of all that happens. The actors are doing a great job playing their respective rolls. I still kind of enjoy watching the series to see how it goes and end. If you are going to watch this series, don't compare it to the cartoon; you will be dissapointed. Watch this new series with an open mind about Aang and his friends; and you will enjoy it. The production did not come up short: the special effects were super high quality, and the casting and acting were great. Call me crazy, but with the live-action performances, I thought this series delivered in ways the original could not. The real human emotions intended by the animated series were deeply felt, yet the lighthearted feel of the show still carried through. What a pleasant surprise after all the failed attempts prior. Loved the characters and the challenges they faced - yes essentially it's a teenage coming of age series but whatever our age we're all facing conflicting demands of family and society so it is relevant; we're all coming to terms with eroding the concept of there being good v bad and I love how nuanced it is in this series. The action is beautifully choreographed, the set designs and special effects are amazing. It's got a lot of heart and humility set in a world of mystery, wonder and steps taken to realise ones inner potential. Very enjoyable to watch - doesn't a positive feeling after watching. No obstante, es una serie muy buena con excelente cast de personajes principales y buenos efectos especiales. No me queda más que decir que que me sorprende lo buenos que llegan a ser los Live Actions hoy en día. Super recomendada.
