Edoardo C @HAROLDO 06/13/2023 funny story : I was reviewing the titles in my Netflix personal list, about 85. more than 50 were not UK/US productions. this could be very interesting if the network made this choice based on quality. but it is not. it is based on just one concept : buy the cheapest. and that's not ammirabile. that's literally an insult to the more 200M subscribers all over the world. practically the complete opposite of MUBI, a network which tends to buy just mainly independent films but of great undisputed quality. let's go into the mouth of the barracuda. seems already quite interesting. we shall see if Netflix will renew or cancel, which is the favorite activity for their executives, when the product shows some potential or quality. I'm not considering the final scene, in E1, where 4 improbable girls failed an home burglary in a ridiculously unprofessional way, using the third torchlight with low battery and they'd don't bother to reshoot the scene. but I like Nordic tv products very much, so I forgive them. Since the story is set in the Swedish suburb of Djursholm, the filming unit records most of the show on location in the same suburban district in Stockholm County's Danderyd Municipality. As the cast and crew members utilize the suburb's locales for shooting, you will likely spot some important villas and castles in the backdrop. Some are Djursholm Castle, Djursholm Chapel, Villa Pauli, Gamla Djursholm, Villa Dehlin, Prinsvillan, and Villa Lagerkrantz. See more Read all reviews
