The first series of "Being Human" finds werewolf Josh (Sam Huntington) and vampire Aidan (Sam Witwer) becoming roommates who rent a house that turns out to be haunted by a ghost named Sally (Meaghan Rath). All three quickly become fast friends. Each has personal issues: Sally wants revenge on the person who killed her, Aidan has to deal with the guy who turned him into a bloodsucker centuries before as well as accidentally murdering a woman he was dating, and Josh impregnates his girlfriend Nora.
