Being Human (US): Season 2 Photos

Tv Season Info

The second season of "Being Human" finds vampire Aidan (Sam Witwer) coming face-to-face with the leader of all vampires, who promotes him to being the second most powerful bloodsucker in all of Boston just behind her own daughter. The catch is that Aidan and the daughter have a complicated past. Werewolf Josh (Sam Huntington) learns that he's accidentally turned his girlfriend into a fellow lycanthrope, and that she kind of likes it. Meanwhile, ghost Sally (Meaghan Rath) gains new friends in the afterlife including an empathetic nurse.

Like most Americanized versions of British series, the show is both softer and more obvious than its predecessor, but that's not automatically a bad thing.

It has energy, and interesting characters, and a pulpy momentum that keeps you engaged in its kitchen-sink drama meets Bram Stoker story lines.
