I was so invested in the first 9 episodes of this season, then they pulled a Dexter and destroyed it all. I LOVED these characters so much with their wit and their depth, their struggles that played out on then screen, EVERYTHING put me right on the edge of my seat. Then they got back to "present day" full time and... ugh. It was slow, boring, and within minutes they made me hate some of my favorite characters for the past 59 episodes. I hate that it ended up as such a let down after so much excitement. Disappointing.

It's the best show on television period.

It's all over when Howard's head hits the carpet. The episode Nippy is genuinely appalling and the next 3 can be avoided. Such a shame one of the best series ever goes out in a bleached black and white slumber fest.

After five stellar seasons, we suffer through a disjointed, excruciating final season. Nothing in Season 6 is as compelling as the previous five seasons, which captured me and had me desperate to view the next episode. In Season 6, however, I had no such connection. In fact, I watched the entirety of the season merely because after putting so much time into the first five seasons, I felt obligated. And when it was over, I shrugged and was glad to be done with it, feeling let down. The drama in the first five seasons consistently had me on the edge of my seat; Season 6 had me slumped in my chair, waiting for the credits.

Great television. Bob Odenkirk, Rhea Seehorn and the rest of the cast are first-rate, A1. And the show moves along at a brisk pace. Superb ending. But the writers were trying to be a tad too clever in the final few segments. The time shifts and sub plots were at bit much and dragged.

One of the best seasons of tv i ever saw

Amazing end to a show, couldn't think of a better way to part ways with the characters. From the seasons beginning it starts strong, turns wickedly by episode 7 and wanders of to unchartered territory post breaking bad. Overall a great series finale!
      • May 18, 2023
"Breaking Bad" is one of my all-time favorite shows, to this day. This made watching "Better Call Saul" somewhat inevitable for me. I don't like this show quite as much, because I feel like it is a bit inconsistent in the first four seasons. However, it finds its footing near the end, and the final season of the series is outstanding. The characters in the show are interesting and have complex arcs that are brought to life by the actors involved. Bob Odenkirk is wonderful in this role and seeing his character transform into the Saul Goodman I was familiar with is a heartbreaking journey. Overall, this is a very good show that supplements this universe well and is among the best prequel stories out there.

Goodbye, my beloved. Thank you Vince Gilligan and Peter Gould for this outstanding series. This cannot be topped.
      • May 14, 2023
I have no idea what is going on. I keep holding in there like there's going to be some kind of arc, something they're driving at or some understanding to be gained, but instead I can't even figure out if it's a flashback or just some halucination he might wake up from at any moment. It feels like I bought a spare hard drive that wasn't wiped and I'm watching someone's converted home videos that weren't dated properly. I don't know why they put this out. If you don't have a story to tell, stop rambling.
