Dre Johnson (Anthony Anderson) has it all: a great job, a beautiful wife, Rainbow (Tracee Ellis Ross), four kids and a big home in a classy neighborhood, but as a black man, he begins to question whether all his success has brought too much cultural assimilation for his family. With the help of his father (Laurence Fishburne), Dre begins to try to create a sense of ethnic identity for the members of his family that will allow them to honor their background while preparing them to embrace the future.

11/14/2021 very well nice a little unstable but overall well pilot and the season gives a lot on how we will see this tv show moving on See more 08/25/2021 Tires to hard to spew left wing talking points, that its impossible to enjoy the show. Black-ish starts approaching a perfect commentary about the behavior expected from a black male/female member of the modern ocidental society, while adresses their culture as if it was some sort of zoo. Anthony Anderson dresses this phylosofy perfectly and his sense of humor is on point. All the family members are funny, well-developed and important to the portrait of the series purpose.
