Very engaging. Interesting story, great cast, great acting. There are a few illogical things that I wish wouldn't have happened but it's expected from a tv show. Definitely recommended.

One of the best shows I've seen in the past few years. Perfectly cast. The acting is at a very high level and the way they tell the story with the perspectives of the murdered girls weaved in…riveting drama. Top notch and well worth your time.

"BLACK BIRD" is one of the best movie series, I've ever seen if not the best! There definitely needs to be a BLACK BIRD 2. What really makes this show so great and unique is Jimmy Keene's original life story....it is so wild and yet so cool! I think Taron Egerton knocks the lead role as Jimmy Keene out of the park, he plays a cool/confident, charming suave character perfectly. He should win an Emmy for the role! And Ray Liotta as Big Jim Keene, a decorated retired policeman who has fallen on hard times and Jimmy is there for him. The love the father & son have is unconditional and unbreakable, you feel the pain through Big Jim for his son each step of the way! Ray Liotta should definitely win an Emmy his performance is so powerful and caring! Paul Walter Hauser does a great job as the deranged serial killer. It is a must watch for all! I highly recommend. I was totally turned off by cocky Taron, who always wore a belt with a metal buckle with his prison garb. The guards would not allow a hose to clean, yet this guy is always walking around with a leather belt. I guess the production crew either thought no one would notice or were too dumb to know this is a serious blunder. This could have been fairly good but wasn't. Meh.

This is a masterpiece. I'm not good with reviews, my words don't express how I feel ver well but I felt compelled to write. Apple has nailed it with this and I don't understand how it hasn't blown up on the internet. Watch it theirs is zero chance of you being disappointed. Taron Egerton is brilliant in this. But massive shout out to Ray Liotta. Whose performance is so memorable. His ill health is very apparent but he uses it to make this show even greater. RIP good sir.

This show was incredible! From the first episode I was hooked. Great characters and storyline with some amazing acting is always a recipe for success! I've watched the series twice now and would love to see more about what led up to these events and even what happened to Jimmy Keene afterward. Awesome series that left me wanting more!
