In spite of the fact that so much of this borders on cliché and a few of the plot turns are telegraphed so far in advance you will definitely see what's coming, the series works... Go to Full Review

This disturbing but entertaining series is as much a psychological thriller as it is a social commentary on the rising violence in contemporary Western society. Go to Full Review

Leaves more than enough openings for the show's creators to go in interesting directions and provide multiple twists. Go to Full Review

Black Space is unavoidably competing against a whole host of solid series, but this is undoubtedly a "hidden gem" that should not be so easily dismissed. Go to Full Review

V P @yr_rs Jan 17 Even when I was an adolescent boy I wouldn't have liked this. One can only assume the writers had horrific head injuries to write such trash. Obviously the poor writing attracts equivalent quality actors. I'm fairness to the actors, the greatest actors on earth couldn't have transformed this into something watchable. See more Bessie B @bea.b 07/12/2024 I found this show to be highly unbelievable, especially as someone living in a country where school shootings are a weekly occurrence. The police were incredibly disorganized and incompetent, and we're supposed to believe that a few tenth graders devised and successfully carried out this massive secret operation with 3D printed guns and pre-planned routes...no. And while I'm not Israeli myself, from what other commenters are saying, it doesn't seem as though they represented Israeli life very well. I also really hated the main character, Rami Davidi. I'm not sure why we're supposed to sympathize with someone who unapologetically abandons his wife at every turn, cheats on her, and then the only closure is him saying he "still lets her down" (didn't even say it to her). The only reason I put 2 stars is because, while the characters & plot were cliche and lackluster, the story moved along at a good pace and there weren't many slow moments. For this reason, I wouldn't necessarily recommend that you DON'T watch this show - just don't expect to love it. See more 05/21/2022 I'm 2 episodes in. I find watching foreign language movies only really works by leaving the original dialog on, and using subtitles. It's amazing that after a short while I don't even think about the subtitles, it's as if I'm hearing the characters talking. So far - great performance by the lead actors, and a mystery to be solved. Where are the guns? I suspect that will be the solution to the mystery. Looking forward to Episodes 3 & 4 tonight. See more 08/04/2021 As an Israeli I couldnt feel more embarrassed. this is not even close to be realistic, the only actor that played good was the main one (Guri Alfi), the rest just made me feel uncomfortable listening to them. The best shows are the ones making you feel they COULD be real, this show feels like it came right out of a 14 years old kid's mind. Wouldnt recommend it to anyone See more 07/25/2021 Infantile, obscure, fantasy without credibility. Not worth wasting time on it. See more 06/22/2021 False eyes that are manually popped in and out of eye sockets do not swivel left and right. And this must be the most obnoxious bunch of teenagers ever depicted on TV. Are all Israeli youths so hateful? See more Read all reviews
