Fans of the docuseries Couples Therapy who are coming to this new show hoping for a similar fly-on-the-wall experience are going to be sorely disappointed by its reality TV tone. Go to Full Review

While we did get a little invested in the first three couples we saw on Blue Therapy, watching it just made us want another season of the relatively Zen-like Couples Therapy. Go to Full Review

Frederic O @RT38232410 Mar 17 Less therapy, more theater This is tacky entertainment masquerading as advice. If you want a "dumbed-down" drama for short attention spans, stay here. If you want to watch real therapy, see BBC iPlayer's Couples Therapy See more Boo E. @Boo.Eastland Mar 15 This show is unethical and should be pulled off of Netflix. It normalizes betrayal trauma and coercive control in couple dynamics. It shows a "therapist" ignoring or worse encouraging the abusive power and control in these relationships. Even if this is scripted reality tv it is not ok. It insinuates that the abused person needs to compromise with and often reward harmful behavior and it teaches that the abused person should not be accountable for change. It's abhorrent. Any positive reviews are suspect. See more DJnetta W @DJnettaW Mar 8 Please find a new therapist for this show. This lady talks in circles and dismisses important situations with minimal advice.
