See more R T @RT62156784 Jul 28 This was terrific, more twists and turns than a mountain road, and there’s not a lot more I can say without spoilers. I thought the acting was superb. This is so much better than anything on US television, gritty plots, great acting, not everyone looks like Barbie or Ken, although the guy who plays the lead is handsome. It’s very real feeling, not that I’ve spent much time in Ireland, but it felt authentic. A lot like Shetland in the way the characters have their flaws and live with them in a small town where everyone knows about them, it’s dark and intense much of the time but so rewarding to watch. I highly recommend. See more MIDWEST V @RT07619942 Jun 30 I liked all of the characters. The podcaster was my favorite character because she had no preconceived ideas about the crime, people or town. She blended well with the other characters. And because of her the tightly knit group were able to see what was right in front of them the whole time. The people who covered up the murder were delusional in thinking that the son would ever rest until he knew the truth.
