One episode they wanted a lot of seating for family events as she puts a round table in a rectangular space seating only 4 people with oversized chairs! Should have been a rectangular table that could be expanded with a built in bench along wall. Then in a kitchen live plants all over the place not functional. Get rid of those crazy looking balloon pants! Expensive renovations and many not functional. See more Laura H @Laurali Sep 3, 2026 I like the show but the first kitchen makeover i liked but the fake plants he used in the kitchen yuck. Dust collecters. Use real plants. And the butcher block counter top made the kitchen look cheap. It took away from the beauty of the redo. Bathroom was really nice. The makeover they did in the bathroom of the other guys homes not impressed. Huge shower in the middle of the room not so good. Who invented the hanging mirrors in front of window. Dumb design.
