The lone season of "Bunheads" follows, Michelle Simms, a Las Vegas showgirl (Sutton Foster) as she moves to her new husband's small town and mentors ballet students at her mother-in-law Fanny's (Kelly Bishop) dance school. Michelle's misadventures while adjusting to life in the small town include joyriding, dealing with difficult a barista and going back to college.
