Finding the right spot to open a restaurant is an important part of the equation for a potential restaurateur because -- as they say in real estate -- "it's all about location, location, location." With "Buy This Restaurant" aspiring owners get help with that aspect of launching the business. In each episode, commercial real estate agent Keith Simpson shows a novice business owner three properties that he thinks could work for the proposed restaurant's concept, helping the person visualize how the space could work for the business. Some spots are turn-key operations, requiring little work to get started, while others are in dilapidated buildings that have potential but would need extensive renovation. But whatever condition the property is in, Simpson helps make sure it forms the foundation of the person's ideal eatery.
