Things are looking good for aspiring journalist April. Not only has the 20-something received an opportunity to impress her editor at the Boston newspaper where she works, but she also has a budding romance with attractive co-worker Dominic. Unfortunately that's when a big challenge starts. She is admitted to hospital and learns from her oncologist uncle that she has cancer. Thus begins April's journey to beat the disease while following her dreams for both her personal and professional lives.

02/21/2022 A great show ideal that is greatly diminished by jarringly bad casting . At times a glimpse of the better show that might have been shines through. Of course, sometimes the best actors for some roles lack prerequisites required by today's Hollywood. See more 04/05/2021 I like this show for a few reason. My number one was because it reminded me of what I'm going through. I don't have cancer. However, when I was diagnosed with epilepsy my mom treated me the same way April's mom treated her.
