CHiPs: Season 1 (1977 - 1978)

Season 1
CHiPs

Critics Consensus

The lack of violence is refreshing and Erik Estrada proves himself adept at slapstick shenanigans, but more often than not CHiPs is about as entertaining as being stuck in Los Angeles traffic.

This is a super good show. It's funny and just a fun show to watch. Crime shows nowadays are dark and intense. But CHiPs is different. It has humor and not as intense episodes. The most scary thing in this would be when Ponch or Jon wreck on a motorcycle and get sent to the hospital. It's a very good show.
