Jonathon Wilson Ready Steady Cut 06/26/2020
2.5/5
Nevertheless, an overly familiar setup and some terribly leaden dialogue notwithstanding, there's potential in Control Z. There's a sense of escalating despair and a believable degree of chaos that begins to erupt once the secrets start to spill out. Go to Full Review

It also reminds us how we create our own vulnerabilities by relying on cell phones and social media to help us make sense of the world. Overall, it's a series that is entertaining, addictive, and has mass global appeal. Go to Full Review
Nili Blanck Remezcla 06/10/2020
Like any good telenovela, the characters are as full of secrets as the show is full of clichés. Go to Full Review
Ella Kemp NME (New Musical Express) 06/06/2020
2/5
A frustrating melodrama, a carousel of stereotypes and cruel formulas rather than any original, stimulating story about modern youth. Go to Full Review

The series is not too interested in being original or plausible. [Full Review in Spanish] Go to Full Review

Make no mistake: This is a Sherlock Holmes story, only transposed to a Mexican high school. Go to Full Review

Ashley P 07/25/2023 Season 1 and 2 are my fav 3 was so so… but understand they needed an ending. I like that all the actors are Mexican. Even American Mexican. So born in usa but both parents are Mexican. Love that. (Someone complained so I googled and yeah they are all Mexican don't know why it matters if they are lighter skinned we are different shades) It's supposed to be this higher education preparatory school but they don't were uniforms? Lol See more London H @Artworks 04/19/2023 A okay season good drama the main villain could've have been revealed better, but overall good season See more Nonsindiso G 02/18/2023 I finished the show last month. The first season had me hooked. I am not into who did it sort of series, however, this show added more zest to it. The love stories being built and falling apart were interesting. The reveal at the end was shocking to find because I did not expect it. Looked forward to season 2. See more Julio C @Juli. 08/02/2022 Una historia entretenida See more 02/23/2022 Well story. Interesting concept, which has been investigated in other shows. But, given that, this is worth a watch! Sometimes the lines are blurred between a teen drama and a drama involving teens. See more 02/17/2022 This movie is really not good. it has many bad things we can see and it's all about sins yakkkkk Netflix should delete this. hahahaha lol where's the justice hahahahahaha ITS FREAKING UGLY MOVIE SWEAR.
