Tv Season Info

The error-strewn world of former "Seinfeld" creator Larry David returns in this third helping of "Curb Your Enthusiasm" episodes. No one puts their foot in it quite like David, with his successful life as a multimillionaire comic constantly tarnished by mishaps and gaffes. Cheryl Hines returns as Larry's long-suffering wife, as does his manager Jeff Garlin, and best friend Richard Lewis. Some of the insurmountable obstacles careering unstoppably towards David include a mentally unbalanced nanny, an Alanis Morissette concert, Martin Scorsese, and, perhaps the highlight of the show, the rapper Krazee-Eyez Killa.

What's fantastic about Curb Your Enthusiasm is that 99 percent of it is improvised.

A good cast is only half of what makes Curb 3 so good. The show has matured to move away from the single, self-enclosed episode format to offer an overarching storyline.

June 8, 2018 | Rating: 8/10 | Full Review…

Think of "Curb Your Enthusiasm'' as 100-proof, undiluted "Seinfeld'' -- meaner, funnier...with social embarrassments so extreme it's sometimes painful to watch.

June 8, 2018 | Full Review…

The comedy is so perversely, overwhelmingly rich in absurdities, the mind is likely to break the episodes down into one big database of gags, characters and stories.

June 20, 2014 | Full Review…

It's just a darn funny show put together by proverbial consummate old pros. Regardless...each episode of "Curb Your Enthusiasm" flies by in a dizzying blur of neurotic delight.

June 13, 2018 | Full Review…

One of the show's slyest comic feats is the feeling of displacement it produces in the viewer by putting people like David, Michael York and Ted Danson in a room together and showing what would happen if they invested in a restaurant.
