Villainous Dick Dastardly and his snickering canine sidekick, Muttley, take their destructive antics from the roads to the skies in this spinoff of the cartoon "Wacky Races." Their mission: stop the bugle-blowing Yankee Doodle Pigeon from delivering whatever urgent messages are contained in his satchel. Besides the title duo, the other misfit members of the high-flying Vulture Squadron include the cowardly Zilly and chief designer Klunk, whose many mechanical contraptions look impressive, but are never quite able to "stop that pigeon."
