The show’s pleasures are many, starting with how funny it is. Go to Full Review

As deeply unserious Deadloch can be, it also tackles serious topics with a sharpness and cleverness that balances out really well. Go to Full Review

This is one croc-and-bull story that’s funny, at times silly, but also decidedly worthwhile. Go to Full Review

The second season of Deadloch continues to be a darkly funny series with a fun pair of mismatched detectives who strangely work very well together. Go to Full Review

Gareth V @geewah Apr 20 A blast to watch but the mystery isn't quite as tight as season one, and at only six episodes it feels like it could've breathed a bit more. Solid, funny, and worth watching, it's just not the step up some were hoping for. See more Lou M @Zipperella Apr 15 Again!! Cracking show!! Honestly I usually avoid Aussie shows, they usually have the same actors and it’s totally rubbish. This show is a cracker!! I actually believe they’re in the Northern Territory. The language is accurate, and the characters are human, people we would expect to meet. Great job, good storyline !! Enjoy!! See more Sharon M. @RT43607610 Apr 10 Smart, funny, and endlessly engaging. If you aren't used to the accents, closed captioning helps. Both seasons tidy up nicely, but keep you yearning for more and more. I truly hope there is another fast-paced, non-stop season. See more Andrzej C @AndrzejC Apr 9 The series is simply too exhausting to watch. It quickly creates the impression that most Australians are constantly yelling rednecks, as if every interaction has to be filled with aggression and mutual dislike. For the first ten minutes, it might feel slightly amusing, but after that it becomes increasingly irritating. Instead of engaging storytelling, the show relies on relentless shouting and conflict, which makes it more frustrating than entertaining. See more Kim B @RT86564524 Apr 7 My only note, we need a SEASON 3!!! See more Andrei D @RT74856639 Apr 6 It gets better and more Australian in this second series, with plenty of rapid fire dialogue, smart character choices, and interesting mystery moments; it just rushes a little toward a conclusion See more Read all reviews
