If you’re a sucker for law drama, that is definitely lacking in the cheesiness that oozes through similar shows like Suits, this powerful show is for you. Go to Full Review

The mystery in 'Delilah' is simple and the drama light. However, similar to shows like 'Allie McBeal,' there is enough here to keep us coming back each week. And, with a story working Black women can relate to. Go to Full Review

Delilah is a flawed but enjoyable law series that has a strong cast. Go to Full Review

Executive produced by Oprah Winfrey and Craig Wright, Delilah doesn't break new ground but it's a decent legal drama. Go to Full Review

07/04/2021 I really enjoyed watching Delilah. She's inspirational, perceptive and determined. Her character simulates the video game, Fruit Ninja. Partially because she is so precise in how she warriors through her problems but also because of the mixed variety of issues she slays. Her co-parenting game is tight. Iyanla does not need to fix this ex-wife, who is recently divorced from a man with an R. Kelly appetite. As a mother she's the apple a day that keeps her children's disappointment away. She's the sister friend to her helpless bro, and the boss of your dreams to her assistant Harper, aka Jane Doe. She's the cherry pie of aunties with whipped cream on top, but bestie and poppa Connolly get that unsweetened lemon-shade that just won't stop. These various conflicts make the show a bit of a unique television experience because I don't know that I've seen anyone, melanated or non, play so many roles in one season with such conviction and flawlessness. Which leads me to my next point. Is the show Delilah a realistic portrayal of a black woman's dynamic strength and ability or is this an exaggeration? We never see a melt down, a moment of weakness or a surrender. For the entire season this main character is able to eat, sleep, parent, work, and even finds time to date, despite everything on her plate. And she's not just meeting the status quo, she's exceeding expectations in many of those areas. This could come across as hating but I honestly would like to see a more human side of Delilah in the next season because this character feels like a super human. See more 05/09/2021 Delilah is awesome...each episode will have you making other arrangements just to make sure you're able to watch...as a matter of fact, I purchased the entire 1st season so I knew I wouldn't miss anything. From the lead character Maahra Hill and to those that made appearances such as the judge Maria Howell...The team truly put their hearts and minds together and gave us something new. Might be the same group from Greenleaf but this storyline for Delilah is not the same...also the title and name Delilah will keep you thinking one thing but getting something totally different. Biblically, Delilah was a judge that used her power for evil...hmmm, make you wonder what's waiting for us in season 2...I'm patiently to waiting so I can purchase that one also. See more 05/06/2021 I really enjoy the depth of this show. It has a great cast who are realistic. The character and plot development just makes me happy. I look forward to every episode. See more 03/20/2021 I will give the show three stars. I like the story and the characters but have only watched two episode's. I just think they could of done it with doing what they hate in other shows. They could of made the assistant lawyer white or maybe Delilah assistant another ethnic back ground not making the only to white people bad guys. The what to change things lead by example.
