Critics Consensus

Dimension 404 may not discover a new frontier in the sci-fi anthology genre, but it exceeds as an entertainment by emphasizing the fun to be had with new technological possibilities.

    Dope AF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Kind of like Twilight Zone meets Goosebumps on the Lifetime channel.

I liked this a lot and have been waiting for a second season. With all the crap out there I would think this would easily get renewed!

Most of the episodes leave very large plot holes, which reduces the enjoyment of viewing. It's no "Black Mirror" - though to be fair Black Mirror was only Black Mirror for the first 3 seasons.

Rating 5 stars because of episodes 1 (Match Maker) and 4 (Polybius), which were thoroughly engrossing. Entertaining, creative, weird, thought provoking, intentionally campy at times, fun, and appearances from a lot of well known actors. Like a lighter hearted Black Mirror. What more could you ask for?

I didn't know what I was getting into, but this Twilight Zone descendant was addictive. The episodes are mostly hits. An unfortunate miss was "Cinethrax" with Patton Oswald. I love Mr. Oswald but the episode had a weak and predictable storyline. Giant tentacle monster, hive mind, only the protagonists see the truth... blech. However, episode "Chronos" was so good that I've watched it several times to try and understand how many and which quantum leaps have been made to change the outcome(s). It's a bit maddening.

    Completely underrated and underhyped

I really wanted to like this show. I am a huge fan of Twilight Zone, Outer Limits, Black Mirror, and PKD's Electric Dreams. This show doesn't come close to any of those. It's like a watered down, and lobotomized version of outer limits. I don't understand how so many of the so called critics on here have rated it so well. Save your time, and brain cells by giving this show a pass.
