Deep in cyberspace, there is said to be a lost dimension that is home to unspeakable terrors, unseen wonders and stories that are unlike any other. This science fiction anthology dives into the wonders, and terrors, of the digital age, exploring tales that are both weird and wild. Episodes range from outrageous horror-comedy to action-adventures that bend the mind. Mark Hamill takes on the role of narrator, while other featured stars include Lea Michele, Joel McHale, Megan Mullally, Sarah Hyland, Patton Oswalt and Robert Buckley.

What to Know

Critics Consensus

Dimension 404 may not discover a new frontier in the sci-fi anthology genre, but it exceeds as an entertainment by emphasizing the fun to be had with new technological possibilities.

Again, the visual effects are remarkable, but there's little else to be entranced by. Go to Full Review

These first three episodes didn't leave me in love with Dimension 404, but they were cumulatively fun enough for me to recommend the show, particularly to fans of the sci-fi anthology genre. Go to Full Review

Dimension 404 will be streaming new episodes every week, and I for one will be making the return transdimensional journey. Go to Full Review

The lighting is bright, the jokes are a bit too knowingly cheesy, and the many action sequences walk the line between impressive and overly scripted. The series is like watching a bunch of delightfully campy B-movies starring celebrities you know. Go to Full Review

4/5
The imaginative plots and narrative twists and turns are reminiscent of though-provoking series like The Outer Limits and The Twilight Zone, and are certainly just as fun. Go to Full Review

Though Dimension 404 does a good job of borrowing and not stealing, it misses the mark a bit on what made The Twilight Zone so memorable. Go to Full Review

andrei d 12/05/2022 Are putine idei, nu foarte bine executate See more 07/30/2020 Dope AF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! See more 06/04/2020 I liked this a lot and have been waiting for a second season. With all the crap out there I would think this would easily get renewed! See more 05/28/2020 Most of the episodes leave very large plot holes, which reduces the enjoyment of viewing. It's no "Black Mirror" - though to be fair Black Mirror was only Black Mirror for the first 3 seasons. See more 04/23/2020 Rating 5 stars because of episodes 1 (Match Maker) and 4 (Polybius), which were thoroughly engrossing. Entertaining, creative, weird, thought provoking, intentionally campy at times, fun, and appearances from a lot of well known actors. Like a lighter hearted Black Mirror. What more could you ask for? See more 01/16/2020 I didn't know what I was getting into, but this Twilight Zone descendant was addictive. The episodes are mostly hits. An unfortunate miss was "Cinethrax" with Patton Oswald. I love Mr. Oswald but the episode had a weak and predictable storyline. Giant tentacle monster, hive mind, only the protagonists see the truth... blech. However, episode "Chronos" was so good that I've watched it several times to try and understand how many and which quantum leaps have been made to change the outcome(s). It's a bit maddening.
