Out of the entire run of Chris and Jodie's episodes I would have to say this one is best but still not great. I guess the best effect was when the TARDIS starting breaking up, that's it. I also agree with some of the other, I guess "Average raters". Why is there always such a huge difference from the "professional critics" and us? Are they being paid to say it was good? come on you can tell me:)

Should we not be deeply uncomfortable that the guest male protagonist is a toxic stalker who seemingly "gets the girl" with zero character reform and that she is painted as the nasty for not giving him a chance. Run ladies RUN! That is just one part of what's wrong with Chibnall's latest effort. Ma-who-sive shout out for Aisling Bea who would be an excellent Doctor Who. Maybe in another dimension...

How is it possible that through all of Jodie Whittaker's run, there is such a large gap between the critic and audience ratings? What use are critic reviews if would-be viewers can't rely on them to provide a realistic expectation of what potential audiences might think? Clearly, audiences hated this season. I too am so disappointed in this season, once again. I grew up watching Dr. Who and I still tell people it's one of my favorite shows ever, but it's just completely uninteresting anymore. I only watch because I still hold out hope that a good episode will turn up occasionally. Sadly, since Jodie's first episode, which I loved by the way, there's been very few that were worth the time it took to watch them even once. Prior to this version of the Doctor, I've watched most seasons several times over. It's truly disheartening to see something you loved and enjoyed your whole life, falter so badly, knowing there is nothing you can do about it except watch it die.
