She confronts the infamously likely culprits such as the angry housewives and the powerful rich with ill intent. Elsbeth's venture of nudging the law to capture the real culprits and redeem the vilified perseveres. The new episodes give a greater insight to our heroine's toolkit that fails only once. The show thrives by returning to Elsbeth’s signature, sharp-witted dialogues rather than focusing on internal monologues. By bringing in guest stars with flawless talent and setting up atmospheric visuals for every episode, this too becomes another triumphant season for Elsbeth. See more Ekis T @ekis3008 May 19 I like the character buuuttt the way she is being dressed up is just to stupid for my taste.Elsbeth is smart, nice, and works good with the police. the detectives are gooð people but are denigrated, season 1 made me watch the 2 now at the 3rd its just getting from bad to worse, I am sorry that some good artist are given roles where they have to do whatever for it. the stories get very unbeliable and boring. please have Elsebth be a normal person because i love how intelligent and funny she can be. Please take all those stupid bags of her shoulders it makes no senve at all. hope you go for the 4th season with a better presentation of the lead character. my husband and i would really appreciate some correction to keep following Elsbeth. thanks for the attention if it ever get read by the producers. See more Robert K @rjk062769 May 11 I enjoyed season 1. It was freshly and quirky. Season 2 was harder to enjoy as the episodes became more unbelievable. Season 3 just sucks. It’s become a liberal sounding voice, especially the one with the "tradwife", but overall the liberal viewpoints have been preachy. The episodes rely on the people confessing, because Ellsberg and the police break so many laws to get information. Almost every episode, they have no facts at all, just opinions, and badger the alleged murderer until they confess. I just can’t stand the series anymore. Since the perpetrator is revealed at the start, the series has two points to be interesting: How they will be caught and the main character. By season 3 Elsbeth is so over the top childish, annoying, obnoxious and repulsive as a human being, that I root for the bad guy. The way she catches them became so dull, so uninspired. There is nothing much left to the show. If you want a very smart and quirky woman lead who solves crimes, then watch High Potential. Elsbeth is just Umbrige with main character syndrome now.
