Chris M @RT21954632 03/09/2023 I had no idea this was a spin of "Adam-12". Honestly, I think the show was a head of its time. I think it inspired shows like 9-1-1. Because unlike shows like "Grey's Anatomy" Emergency was about the rescues, where "Grey's Anatomy" cared more about the sex lives of the staff over the medicine and bumping them off when the audience got bored with them. It's more "General Hospital" then a real rescue show. There is drama, it's a drama show but not overstuffed melodrama. The right kind of drama to match the tone of the show. There is only very mild character issues. Sadly this is all but forgotten by the general public. They're too busy watching hot people "play doctor" then be doctors. See more Read all reviews
