At least for a brief moment, "Send In Stewie, Please" is a quick glimpse into what this show could still be if it really, truly tried.

I wouldn't say "Send in Stewie" ever brushes up against anything truly profound, but I found it mostly intriguing until it finally, brutally undercut itself with that unpleasant ending.

Family Guy's 16th season starts off strong thanks to a very meta-heavy premiere.

Family Guy is always going to be Family Guy. It's crude and rude and funny as hell. It says the things we all wish we could say, but don't. That's what makes it so great.

The tragedy of Family Guy is that it makes us laugh too much.

This is the worst season yet. They try so desperately to do new stuff and practically beg for an emmy that it's just embarassing. So much so that it ruins any humor there is to be found in the season, which there is very little of. The fact critics rate this 100% is just sad, and really shows that they only care about "trying new things". Disappointing.

This show ran out of ideas years ago, much like the Simpsons, its time for it to end!
  • Jul 13, 2018
Wow, is this show bad. Most of the jokes fall flat and those who don't just get a minor chuckle. My biggest problem is that most of the show is just a collection of cutaways, with VERY little plot.

This show jumped the shark after Muriel died. Like a slow, painful death from season 9 on. Some newer episodes were funny, but most are just boring. It seems like the writers have given up and are purposely making a bad show.

Best season IN years. I'm super satisfied. Someone started caring again.
  • May 08, 2018
the show started good but gone a bit vile in the later seasons

American dad is better honestly, it isn't about domestic abuse and neglectance.

First tv show to nail what these last two years have been like.

Ia it just me or is the latest season of familyguy seriusly bad?! What happened???? Tgeir storielines are horrible and the cut bavks are even worse!

Awful Season... there is a lack of old school family guy humor. Only 1 or 2 cut away gags per episode and they aren't even that great. I find myself laughing at older family guy seasons compared to this one. None of these episodes are memorable in a good way. Just awful. Especially "Send in Stewie" and "Petey IV"... Family Guy needs to end their show on a good note and stop which was about 2 seasons ago.
