Robert S @RT27497035 Aug 18 At the end when Ollie North said that he loved the idea of using Khomeini's money to fund the Contra's was a great idea and he would do it again. If I would have been asking questions my retort to him would have been this: Mr. North you were not using Khomeini's money. You were buying the weapons with TAX payer money then routing the weapons to Iran. Iran paid for the weapons and instead of the tax payers being paid back you then stole the tax payer money to give to the Contra's. It was a terrific and shameful way to circumvent the system and I applaud the intrigue. But also remember North was also bringing in cocaine to sell to Americans and using those funds for the Contra's also... Truly despicable on the governments part.
