Tarek and Christina El Moussa lead dizzying professional lives. After finding success as real estate agents and then experiencing the drastic downside of the housing market, the Californians switched career gears: They now buy distressed properties -- foreclosures, short sales and bank-owned homes -- remodel them and sell them at a profit. At least, that's the way it's supposed to work. "Flip or Flop" tracks the El Moussas' roller-coaster journey in each episode, beginning with a cash purchase at auction of a home -- often sight unseen -- and the fix-it-up process, to the nail-biting wait to find a buyer.

AM J @AMJORDAN 02/21/2025 I really enjoy Tarek & learning from him about real estate & house flipping in California. But I cannot stand his wife. She has terrible taste, she is constantly badgering him to spend more money on unnecessary things & costing what is supposed to be their family business tons of money because she so desperately wants to be a designer. She seems to be completely out of touch with reality & only cares about herself & what she wants to do. I've seen her tank so many projects with her selfishness I'm amazed they're still in business. Thank god there are more shows with only him in it. Watching her is just painful. The only thing that makes this show worthwhile is Tarek & the great professionals they work with.
