Also not very hard to find, put a casting call in NY, specifically Little Guyana, NY or Schenectady, NY and I guarantee you’ll get not only the right people for the show but more information on the culture for accuracy. Like the accent for instance. This could serve as a good career opportunity for new faces too. Normally the HBO limited Series are to die for and do not miss. I enjoyed this one, but it was not my favorite. It was good but not a series I will rewatch by any means. The cool being that it shows a large group of people with no connections at the start, to the end all being connected in a very weird unexpected way. The storyline is chaotic, and it is often hard to follow because it is such an outrageous concept. It is about a kidnapping of a rich families son, but it turns out they didn't kidnap the son, it is just a random kid altogether. But then the twists about who this random kid is make the story. But it takes a bit to figure out what is going on and just figure out the characters. The strong is the cast, this cast is absolutely stacked, so the characters are all very strong and the individual performances are great. It is just more of an issue with the story, then the acting. But with such a strong cast another issue is that they just introduce so many people, and never really develop any of them fully, so it is all vague on who knows who, and why they care, etc. It was still solid and a good watch, but again not one I will rewatch. Claire Danes particularly stood out as the best actor in this in my opinion, and after her performance in Homeland I will continue to give anything she does a hard look.
