Critic Reviews for Gavin & Stacey Series 2
All Critics (3) | Top Critics (2) | Fresh (3) | Rotten (0)
A different kind of second coming for Gavin & Stacey, with a second series arriving to general huzzahs and the waving of palm fronds.
Even the knowledge that the story will be picked up again in a year or so isn't enough; we need the third series to be on air by, oh, this time next week.
Although far from the saviour of sitcom as some have claimed, Gavin And Stacey is still appealing, warm, and amusing, which is all it tries to be, and all you could really ask from it.
