Glossed over the mass rape of German Women, the largest forced migration of a people (The Germans), and status of German POWs during and after the German defeat. The spoils of war went to the victorious Soviets and their Allies. Effectively showed the Eastern destruction of Germany. The character arc was effective and well acted.
