Back when Disney channel was actually good and relatable.

Still a great show. Love it. This season is better than the first. The cast gave great performances especially Sabrina Carpenter, Rowan Blanchard, Ben Savage, and Danielle Fishel.

Girl Meets World does not disappoint in delivering to its audience a fantastic sophomore season. The laughs and heart from its first season remain while we see the younger cast growing more comfortable in their roles and the writers going more in depth into their personalities and story archs. The older cast is still just as good as they always were, Savage and Fishel as Corey and Topanga have great chemistry and do not bow to the typical "stupid absentee parents who don't know anything" trope that most Disney shows seem to latch on to, (I know Disney has had a long history of latchkey kids getting into hijinks, but the parents on these new Disney shows reach a whole new level of derelict parenting, in one show I've seen the parents aren't even home 99% of the time). Even in the case of Sabrina Carpenter's character Maya's hair-brained single working mother Katy, played by Cheryl Texiera, they manage to bring real sympathy to her character and show the complicated yet loving relationship between mother and daughter. This is another thing I must give credit to Girl Meets World for doing that no other show on Disney seems to take a stab at: it cares just as much for its older cast as it does for its younger cast, though this is obviously to appeal to its older audience, it is still great. I'm excited to see these young actors grow on screen, and I really do believe that this show could follow its characters through to the end of high school and maybe even into college like in Boy Meets World. Although Disney does not seem to be interested in telling the stories of characters beyond the age of 17, I really do believe that with its strong fan following, the history of Boy Meets World's long-running success, and the obviously positive reception to the way it treats its adult characters as well, this show could stand the test of time-and its young viewers attention spans. Boy Meets World was a show meant to follow its audience as they grew through their adolescence, as I believe all great series do, and Girl Meets World has just the driving power for such longevity in my opinion.

It is hard to give this show high marks. The main character is the worst on the show. The best parts of the show is when they bring back the cast of Boy Meets World or when they have a Farkle story line.

What I got to say about "Girl Meets World" Season 2 really expanded to a new level of experience of entertainment. The performances are good. The directing and screenplay is good. "Girl Meets World" Season 2 is starting off on a perfect start.
