Harlem is a delight that is often wise about friendly foibles, aided by a terrific cast whose snappy repartee immediately shines.

An easy, sometimes fun and occasionally intriguing watch that treads the still undervalued ground of single women in their 30s. Go to Full Review

Harlem’s first season proves, it’s quite possible to craft interesting, dynamic television with a sole queer main character. Go to Full Review

Esra Y May 11 Cast is fantastic, show is so beautifully shot. Friendship bw characters shines, their scenes together are the best. Individual storylines of each woman was shallow for me quite streotypical. Especially the arrogance and victim psychology were borderline annoying. We deserve more than girls trip meets satc. See more Koa Feb 17 It wasn't good it wasn't bad. Got all the grease but no fish to fry. Just not well thought out stories See more Tam R 06/23/2023 This show is SO GREAT! Haven't seen an all female cast this great in a while. Love the strong friendships, plenty of laughs, just the right amount of drama. Great characters trying to live life the best way they can. Excellent cliff hangers at the ends of episodes. Can't wait for season 3! See more Gailee W 03/03/2023 Harlem needs to be watched by every single American. There should be a syllabus for teaching for junior college and college students - as well as adults. Wow! I began Season 1 a few months ago, and came back recently. So appreciative that there is a Season 2. Writing. Acting. Directing. Top drawer!!! Absolutely gutted with apology scene at the theatre and the doctors attitude. Come on people! Be the Change. If you aren't you are the ....... See more D k 01/10/2023 Shows with the basic "friend group face career and romance problems in the city" can so easily be bland and tired... but this one is genuinely entertaining. It's funny, it has specific & fresh storylines that go beyond the basic cliches in this genre, and the actors are all great and elevate it further. I didn't expect to love it this much but got a lot of genuine out-loud laughs from it. Excited for Season 2! See more 12/28/2021 I don't know how this got such good ratings smh this show feels so damn forced and fake. It's obvious it was inspired by insecure but in no way compare! The characters are uninspiring and highkey sterothepichal. Why is the heavy set dark skin chic always over the top and broke??? Also the barbershop scene is reachingggggg, the way they trying to portray black man is wack! This is not a woman empowerment show this is clearly a lgbtq+ show. See more Read all reviews
