This reality series, which comes from the producers of "The Purge" and "Lore," provides viewers with a chilling glimpse into first-person accounts of supernatural events. Stories include a boy who is haunted by visions of a woman hanging in his closet and sisters who grew up in a real-life house of horrors with a sadistic father who did unspeakable things.

The formula remains effective, even if some stories feel exaggerated and the reenactments can be a little over the top. See more Dec 27, 2019 Season 1 was so fantastic. It was unique and honestly freaked someone out who doesn't scare easily. This season was an utter disappointment. It was actually lame. It was Travel Channel with a bigger budget but less imagination. Each episode was a matter of "That's it?" There have to be better stories out there. These didn't even all feel genuine.
