John Cristian L @Jhaiian Jan 2 Hawkeye has been my favorite hero ever since I watched The Avengers. I know it sounds weird, but bows and arrows are just cool. Clint doesn’t have powers—he relies on skill, and that’s what made me like him. When I heard Marvel was making a Hawkeye series, I was excited but worried they might replace Clint. Thankfully, the show proved me wrong. It gave Clint more depth and showed his struggles, while also introducing Kate Bishop in a way that felt natural. Kate doesn’t feel forced at all. She earns the Hawkeye name, and if Clint ever retires, she deserves to take over. Their dynamic was one of the best parts of the show. The series is a bit slow-paced, but I enjoyed every episode because of the character moments. I’m really hoping for a season two, and I want to see Clint and Kate again in Avengers: Secret Wars. Clint probably shouldn’t be in Avengers: Doomsday—the Avengers are likely losing that one. Save him for Secret Wars. See more Zach B @ZachBasham67 Dec 8 Hawkeye was a great surprise! This show finally gave Hawkeye the spotlight he deserved which was always kinda left out for me, in my opinion at least. There was a lot of good stuff in it, fun Easter eggs and all. One thing which stood out to me the most but was also one thing I couldn't avoid being spoiled of, was the appearance of MCU's Kingpin and Echo. But when we finally got to him, boy was it GOOOOOOOD! He was menace! Echo was also a great character and can't wait to watch her show too! And I wasn't expecting to see Yelena there, but not complaining. And Hailee Steinfeld as Kate Bishop was amazing, she was soooo good! So, followed by great cast, strong acting and a lot of heartwarming moments, I'd call this show a total win! 4/5 for it!
