The eight remaining chefs face a blind taste test. (Anchovies, Brussels sprouts, egg yolks, pecans and even chicken go unidentified.) The winners ride horses in the Hollywood Hills, while the losers peel grapes. Steak is featured at dinner service, and Hell's Kitchen is overbooked so there are two seatings, with the teams alternating between cooking and serving. The cooking part doesn't go well for either team, giving Chef Ramsay a number of options before he pares the field to seven.
