High Fidelity: Season 1 (2020)

Season 1
High Fidelity

Critics Consensus

Though it skips the occasional beat, High Fidelity's fresh take on a familiar track is as witty as it is emotionally charged, giving a curmudgeonly charming Zoë Kravitz plenty of room to shine.

La serie tiene una selección musical genial y Zoe es adorable y detestable a la vez.

I adored this TV series! I found it while scrolling through options on Disney Plus and thought let's give this ago - It grasped me (music and human interaction) and I found myself looking forward to watching the next episode ... The series provides a cool concept and an opportunity to escape into a different world and also a place which can be relatable at the same time. Completely gutted when I went to watch the next season to find it was cancelled and never made. Let's hope someone picks this up... High Fedility stories need to be told!

Had no soul , the story line is forced and just emptiness riding on a successful movie to make a buck. Awful.

Strong effort from Hulu. SHOCKED that it wasn't given a 2nd season. Can't understand why.

High Fidelity's best feature is the soundtrack. An easy to watch rom-com.

Basically drawing influence from the John Cusack movie which I wasn't a fan of This series on Hulu is a much better iteration Zoe Kravitz is such a delight to watch as Rob, she talks to the viewer whilst all the romantic happenings are either building up around her or crumbling down Each track of music playing matches the scenario she's in Mainly she's still reeling from splitting from her fiancé desperate to understand why it fell through in the first place Going from relationship to relationship is prolly not the best idea and even she knows it Can she ever find something that suits her or is she too much of a introvert that doesn't do well with sharing her thoughts and feelings on certain things? Zoe Kravitz is the real reason to watch this because it allows her to get a lot more range in a genre that gets overlooked too often with modern dating, relationships, love, heartbreak and commitment
