Summer L @RT95255884 Apr 8 I LOVE this! Please do a series on Detroit!! I’m watching this series on Netflix "Homicide" and it dawned on me, 9/11 drove me to care & COVID-19 drove me away. It’s so surreal the change of events that’s happened in my career as a first responder. I was an ED Tech (in nursing school) for 9/11 & it spurred me on, like a fire to help & do MORE! Now, on the other end, COVID-19 deflated me, and sucked out whatever ‘give’ I had left in me. I’ve spent the majority of 21 years in nursing as an ER nurse. I’ve seen too much, more than most, and I don’t want to see anymore. 💟 See more nycla T @RT51795858 03/28/2025 Dick Wolf ripped off New York Homicide on the Oxygen Network, shocking they got away with this. They stole the title of the show, just reversed it. Stole everything about it. What a shame and how totally pathetic that they get away with this kind of thievery. Some of them are very annoying and made me root for the killer. Interesting cases, but not a good format for a true crime show. I could have solved many of these murders… they have suspects calling in and confessing and evidence all over the place. Even then they can’t secure a conviction and talk about “why, why, why…”… isn’t it their job to find out why?
