Trailer made it look like it was offering financial help for people actually living low income & check to check. It starts on the premise of 'being able to love your rich life, no matter how much you earn', which made me think it may give helpful money saving tips for people who struggle to build wealth, or investment advice for people starting out. Instead, the show kicks off with a couple including someone 'earning 6 figures at the age of 27' and basically whining about being bad at managing money when they have got 91k on their 401k, already own a house, a fancy car, brand new furniture and tech everywhere... They could not have made this first story more unrelatable if they tried. I skipped to the next familly in the show, to give it another chance, and it was pretty much the same: people who actually are doing quite alright, but not that great at managing their cash.
