Could have been told in 4 episodes if they stuck to the main characters. Surprisingly good cast. I struggled to keep interested with 2-3 episode left and last two were completely predictable. The "lucky" escapes where David evades arrest 100 times in ridiculous scenes, the far-fetched character connections and the last scene where David is getting with Rachel - the sister of his ex-wife, was just the cherry on the top to the whole thing. Britt's acting (who plays Rachel) was also so overplayed in so many scenes. Don't get why this had the response it did, I can only imagine because of the lost kid / reunited dynamic which maybe speaks to the more sentimental audiences out there.... Personally, I was hooked from the get-go. I thought the acting was fantastic, the plot and the twists were unexpected and interesting. Maybe I don't watch enough TV, but to rate this any lower than 50% is just strange to me... There wasn't a single character that I didn't like. But that's my take. So take it or leave it. Plot holes all over the place, the first 6 episodes are completely pointless, chasing false leads to just stall for time to drag out this insufferable slop.
