Invasion Season 1 creates a masterclass of sci-fi terror that’s akin to the likes of the Alien franchise. The story drags you deep into caring about the characters while tormenting you as they try to survive the dangers of an alien invasion.

I lost interest. Scenes get to dark. Never really shows “the invasion”. No gore or anything when something happens. Just a slow what is going on show with nothing visual to it

Aneesha and her family make the show unwatchable. And in season 2 it doesn’t get any better. Sucks because the show had so much potential.

Slowest of slow burn ever. I wanted to check out a sci fi over the weekend & decided to slog it out after the 2nd episode. This wasn’t made to entertain. Too much unnecessary backstory that doesn’t add up to the plot. Characters are inconsistent as they can make some of the dumbest decisions and seems uncharacteristic from one episode to another. Great production values and special effects when applied. Frustratingly slow as a finished product.

I mean… if the intent was to create the most broken and slow-paced story money can buy - they’ve succeeded. I tried. I really tried. And I gave up on episode 3. This is worse than anything I’ve seen lately. I gave half a star, because all individual little pieces in this show are actually outstanding. Every individual story, every actor, every special effect - all great. But the show as a whole just does not work. At all.
