While the opening season took a deliberate approach to world-building, the tension has mounted with relentless momentum towards what promises to be an explosive climax. Because it resists easy categorisation, the series remains unfairly overlooked. It is a layered meditation on human resilience, exposing the shared instincts and fragilities that bind us together across borders. WAY too many unanswered questions, non-sensical behaviour from the so-called best of the best, and superior intelligence aliens that exhibit stupid behaviour e.g. if the next generation of aliens have awoken, why is it they have no offensive weapons or any hunter-killers nearby to protect them?
