Estrella86 Feb 15 I love seeing May's travel adventures. He brings out a lot of cultural activities that you may not see in other shows, and he brings his usual personality and self deprecating humor. I hope he continues to do more of the travel shows. I loved that he has different traveling companions throughout. I do think though that he appeals to a specific crowd. He isn't going to the top places in Italy or anything. He is going to unique places. For example, it was unique to find a place in Italy that was Scottish and the history behind that. Production is badly researched and the whole series focussed on May looking ridiculous with occasional 30 second segments of information. It’s not a travel show granted, but this is just very poor. He completely ruins every scene, it's like watching him beating a dead horse. His efforts at appearing to be a knowledgeable well-read witty raconteur wear thin very quickly. So boring.
