There is something satisfying about watching Australia produce a crime drama this handsome and assured, one willing to trust character and performance rather than wh*** itself out with rug-pull after rug-pull. Go to Full Review

There are lots of levels of culpability for lots of people about lots of things. And I think that's what makes the show compelling to me. Go to Full Review

Worth watching for Brammall’s fresh take on a reckless anti-hero destroying the family he’s trying to save and the underappreciate landscapes in the state of Victoria. Go to Full Review

As the show’s heart, Brammall is effortlessly likeable enough for us to invest completely in what happens to him, despite knowing it will be bittersweet at best. Last Seen is seriously good. Go to Full Review

Last Seen is bleak as hell. But for those who find the bleakness of crime dramas strangely comforting, it's well executed. Go to Full Review

Dianna M @RT5679043221 2 hrs ago I don’t know who recommended this show, but man, I did not like it at all. The first couple of episodes had me intrigued, but somewhere in the second half, it just went completely downhill. An absolute dumpster fire by the end, and that finale was terrible. Left such a bad taste in my mouth. See more Leon H @RT13589101 22 hrs ago Great plot idea (based on a novel) but weak sauce execution. Plot spoiler free summary follows - first 2 episodes held up well but everything slowly and surely goes to hell in a handcart from ep 3 onwards including horrible character choices and decisions, shoddy police procedural work, the main protagonist being allowed anywhere and everywhere (because he's ex police and the father of the missing girl?!), and characters not stating the bleedin' obvious at highly important and opportune moments. Did anyone else think the actors playing the protagonist and the antagonist were related in real life due to facial similarities? I checked - they're not... See more Moussa M @moussamazouzi 2 days ago Honestly, this is one of the worst shows you could waste your time on. The plot is full of holes, and there are so many coincidences that are just impossible to believe. They tried so hard to hide the big secret, but never really succeeded. A 6 year old could have figured it out. It was that obvious. And the characters are a whole other problem. No convincing acting, no good dialogue, no logical reactions to anything, nothing. they just do things because the plot needs them to, not because their actions make any sense. Half the time, I was just sitting there wondering how anyone thought this was believable. See more A S @inky.pinky.ponky0310603 2 days ago From time to time the drama was over the top. Unnecessary and unfortunate. See more Leigh S @salsy67 6 days ago Another excellent series from Apple. See more Vanessa P @Nessadearest 6 days ago Awaiting season 2!! See more Read all reviews
