Very funny. This took me back to the older style of comedy where the jokes were actually funny. It is a great mick take of all the OTT gym classes you see everywhere as well as the early lycra obsessed fitness video gurus. I think that if you like programs such as Brooklyn nine nine etc, then you will like this too.

I love this show. I am a fan of Matt L. Jones since he was in Breaking Bad, and later in a supporting role in Mom. This show is hilarious!!! I've been hooked since episode 1 and I set my DVR.
