A wonderful revival of Leverage!

Leverage Redemption didn't stand up well to the original series as it tried to phase out the original crew for lesser actors with a specific agenda. However, Christian Kane continued to play his role perfectly! No signs of aging with him, unlike Hardison and Parker. I got the impression they were being phased out for new less impressive actors. We didn't see enough of Hardison, he should always be a key player. Parker still performed well. Sophie was great and true to form. I liked Harry, he really fit in well. Breanna was lame, so if you're trying to replace Hardison she didn't cut it. *If this is to continue drop the agenda push, increase the action and attitude, and keep Hardison in the limelight!

Usually when a show comes back or a remake happens, it's never really as good as it was but Leverage is still the same!!! I loved every single episode, I love all the characters, even the new ones, and I love the actors for doing such an amazing job of capturing the characters they once played without changing anything about them except growth. It's like the show never ended. I can honestly say that I have missed them.

A contrived yet enjoyable experience. A little campy at times but it works for this show. The fight scenes are a welcomed highlight of the show.

I'm sorry Noah Wyle just doesn't do it for me. They needed to bring Timothy Hutton back. These people write main characters out of a show and think it will work!! It's like everyone is presumed guilty without having a trial?? Newsflash let this be a lesson to Hollywood you can't revive a show who had 5 main characters and remove brains of the group and think it will work. Now I watch the reruns. That was a great ensemble of actor's that allowed each other to shine!!

I love it I am so glad they brought it back even without Timothy Hutton Noah Wyle makes a great addition. I stumbled upon leverage the original the year before it was canceled. I also felt that if I watch it earlier it might have lasted another season. I hope people read this and watch it trust me it is great show

(1) Unfortunately for me, Hardison is the character I would retain from the first show. Growth in the replacement for Hardison may be the only appealing novelty to see in the new series. The retained characters very much need to grow in some way as well. (2) A lot of harm is done to the villains. A lighter touch may work better.
