It’s a shame that Loot typically avoids talking about race, because when it does, it handles the topic well and adds depth to the otherwise fluffy sitcom. Go to Full Review

The series gives its talented cast more to work with, so on that front, Loot is growing nicely. When viewed in a vacuum, the series is an amiable way to spend 25-ish minutes with the national treasure, Maya Rudolph. Go to Full Review

Loot might actually be hitting its comedic stride in its third season. The season certainly starts out strong with a very funny first episode. Go to Full Review

In its third season, Loot, led by Maya Rudolph and Joel Kim Booster, has lost much of its political edge. Billionaires can rest easy again.  Go to Full Review

MIchelle E @Ponypatch Jan 25 Season one is charming, over-the-top and delightful. Season two is a little bit more silly but still sweet and funny. Season three is ridiculous. The story line of every episode and character is dumb and ludicrous. The characters are less likable. The plots are absurd. Loot season three has lost its charm. See more Eric N @EricNix Jan 7 Maybe it's just me getting used to the structure and cadence of this show, but I thought Season 3 was the best so far. As always, the series is very scattered and situations seem to arise for no apparent reason, with new characters coming and going. Even so, the core group of actors always delivers and there are enough laughs to keep me coming back for more. If Apple TV decides to create a season four (which would be nice, since there's a decent cliffhanger at the end of season three), I'll definitely be along for the ride. See more Joe H Jan 4 I feel like whoever enjoys this season, especially the incredibly offensive British episode is just pure racist with a superior complex. Even an actor from the show responded to my comment just laughing it off See more Daniel O @Olshansk Dec 15 Another season of Loot that delivered exactly what I wanted: a palate cleanser between heavier shows I’m watching in parallel like Severance and Foundation. As with previous seasons, this isn’t a show I actively recommend to people. It is a show I enjoy watching, and one I’ll keep returning to as new seasons come out. It’s simple, funny, and satirical without taking itself seriously. Every so often, it sneaks in a surprisingly grounded life lesson. The core premise remains fairly original, so even though the show itself can feel a bit globe-nomadic and episodic, it still feels fresh enough to justify its place in the rotation. It was also interesting to see how little Adam Scott appeared this season. Given how much of a run he’s been on lately, I wouldn’t be surprised if it came down to availability or cost rather than creative choice. In short: not prestige TV, not trying to be. Solid, lightweight entertainment that knows exactly what it is. See more Sydney S Dec 9 This season is wildly and inappropriately funny. Many laugh out loud moments for me and some touching episodes as well. Great writing. See more SuperFrank C Nov 18 Great idea but this season it seems episodes drown in its own desparate desire to be funny/cool. Is this season being written by AI? See more Read all reviews
