Season 4 of the police procedural opens with the squad investigating a double homicide. Meanwhile, Sanchez (Raymond Cruz) comes back from his suspension and tries to win back the trust of his colleagues. And Captain Raydor (Mary McDonnell) clashes with Rusty (Graham Patrick Martin) over a personal investigation: Against her adoptive mother's wishes, Rusty starts digging into Alice Herrera's case, which leads to a lot of surprises along the way. Amid cases of murder and violence, Flynn (Tony Denison) and Provenza (G.W. Bailey), as always, find ways to make their jobs a little easier, such as when they try to take everybody to a Dodgers game on the Fourth of July.

    I agree with Betty B. - Rusty's story lines are lame. And the guy seems to be a one note actor. I want to see more stories about Provenza and Andy Flynn.
