This show is a masterpiece... full stop. Ignore the careless reviews of the users who are perhaps not mature enough yet to fully appreciate the levels of depth here. (That's purely an observation, not a criticism. We all were young once.) What's just so compelling is the commentary on how organized religion can make people see God in absolute evil. With all that's happening on the brink of summer in 2026, this show could not be more relevant. I've watched it a few times now, and each viewing brings so much more than I saw before. And those couch monologues! Just incredible. Thank you, Mike Flanagan.

It was good, I finished the last episode on April 22nd at 1:00 am in the morning, the ending wasn’t much satisfying, because some of our folks ain’t make it to the end, and the ones that did well never know what happened to em🤷🏾‍♀️

Not too bad. But some things really annoyed me though... -Why no one thinks the angel might a vampire? -The main Character is very useless somehow. - Too much singing and bible phrases. - The makeup to make people look older looked cheap. - The ending was pretty stupid, why burn all houses down?! etc.

Heres a question: Why didn't the girl whose legs were healed by consuming the blood become a vampire when everyone else in the town did? Makes no sense.

Flanagan has talent and an eye for detail and storytelling and it shows in this series. It’s engaging, suspenseful, and interesting in all the best creepy ways. A tad predictable of an ending - and the open ending is slightly unsatisfying imho… but overall a great series and worth the watch.
