Clark Edwards is a former professor and human behaviorist with a history of bipolar disorder; his brother, Ross, also has a history, as a scam artist. Their insight about the human condition is put to use when they create a unique agency committed to solving problems through psychological manipulation. Using scientific knowledge, the tricks of a con man, and a team of manipulators, the two brothers manage to tailor a plan for each problem situation -- offering clients nontraditional solutions to troublesome issues.

The show's salvation, creatively at least, may be in such occasional failures more than in the mandated victories. Go to Full Review
Tim Goodman The Hollywood Reporter 03/03/2014
You can see people falling for a weekly procedural based on the cases the firm gets. On the other hand, Killen does introduce a couple of wildcard characters into the mix that may make the series more volatile and dramatic than viewers want. Go to Full Review

A complicated premise is not a fatal flaw as long as you're able to set it up and move on. The deeper problem for Mind Games and creator Kyle Killen, is that it's awash in explanation, not just of the premise, but of the plot. Go to Full Review
Jessica Johnson Time Out Chicago 07/02/2018
Mind Games is a frothy and fun procedural, though it has a tendency to get overly schmaltzy when the characters become emotionally attached to their clients. Go to Full Review
Cody Powell The Loop 03/06/2014
Despite its strong payoffs, solid storytelling and competent cast (Christian Slater's Ross being the predictable standout), it's failed to hook me after two episodes Go to Full Review

Mind Games is like the worst family reunion ever - which isn't particularly entertaining. Go to Full Review

Travis B @RT03938002 Jun 24 This is called Leverage it was on TNT and then on Amazon See more 08/28/2016 I am only distracted by his brother who almost constantly ruin the situation. Oh well, maybe that usually become the gist of the drama too. See more 04/08/2014 I thought this was a pretty strong, character driven show. I loved what Steve Zahn was doing with his character, but Christian Slater was the wrong choice for his brother. If it was a different actor, I have a feeling this show would have been a hit.
