Changes are afoot on the close as new neighbors, the Millers, move in, and Lisa gets off on the wrong foot with Jenna, the matriarch of the house; Pauline accidentally gets a job as a barmaid, and Roger starts a new fitness regime.
With work still underway at the new Fersa offices, Lisa is starting to wonder whether it'll ever be ready in time; her feud with Jenna is showing no sign of abating; Tanya, Greg, and Ella are confronted by a familiar face from their recent past.
Pauline's rapid rise to pub manager starts to make Dan question Trevor's intentions towards his mother; Roger gets annoyed about how much his new training partner, Fergus, impresses Amita; Tanya is forced to leave Mount Pleasant for a few weeks.
Everyone starts to notice just how much Lisa and Dan are fighting; Lisa tries to out-party Jenna when they both throw their daughters' birthday bashes on the same day; Bradley worries that Ella is spending too much time with bad-boy Finn Miller.
Lisa and Dan are forced to acknowledge the problem in their relationship and try to patch things up; Bradley tries to stop Ella from dating Finn; Roger and Fergus begin their marathon training; Denise confronts Wanda; Pauline encounters a burglar.
